b. Abandonment (05/09/2022) If the Lender determines that the Manufactured Home has been abandoned, the Lender may proceed against the security without waiting for the expiration of the 30-Day period provided in the Notice of Default and Acceleration. The Lender must document how it determined that the home was abandoned.
